Our client is a Banking company. They are now looking for an
Telesales Representative
to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound telesales calls to prospective customers to present and sell banking products.

Explain features, benefits, and terms of credit cards, loans, and other financial offerings clearly and persuasively.

Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through consistent phone-based engagement.

Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns with confidence and professionalism.

Follow up on leads via phone and schedule in-person meetings if needed to close high-potential deals.

Maintain accurate records of all telesales interactions and update the CRM system regularly.

Stay updated on new banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Ensure compliance with all sales regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas via phone-based outreach.

Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Experience selling credit cards, loans, or similar financial products is highly preferred.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes.

Positive attitude, customer-oriented approach, and resilience under pressure
