Our client is a Banking company. They are now looking for an Telesales Representative to join them.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound telesales calls to prospective customers to present and sell banking products.
  • Explain features, benefits, and terms of credit cards, loans, and other financial offerings clearly and persuasively.
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through consistent phone-based engagement.
  • Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns with confidence and professionalism.
  • Follow up on leads via phone and schedule in-person meetings if needed to close high-potential deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all telesales interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
  • Stay updated on new banking products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with all sales regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas via phone-based outreach.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Experience selling credit cards, loans, or similar financial products is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes.
  • Positive attitude, customer-oriented approach, and resilience under pressure
  • Fluent in English
