Required Experienced Tele sales representative for a trading company in sharjah

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
• Provide detailed information about products and services.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets as set by the management.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Degree Required

• Previous experience in a customer service or tele calling role must.
