Real Estate Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The role focuses on reaching out to potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in closing property deals. This position requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to establish strong client relationships over the phone.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to potential buyers, investors, and tenants to introduce property listings and investment opportunities
• Qualify leads and arrange appointments for property consultants or sales executives
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system
• Follow up on inquiries from marketing campaigns, online ads, and referrals
• Present property details clearly and professionally to prospective clients
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
• Achieve and exceed targets for leads, appointments, and conversions
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies
• Assist with basic administrative tasks when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service, preferably in real estate
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Arabic ,Hindi and/or English preferred)
• Confident, persuasive, and client-focused personality
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
