Hunza Candle is seeking a results-driven Telesales Executive who knows how to turn a conversation into a conversion. If you have a "sales-first" mindset and the ability to articulate luxury, we want you on our team.
The Role:
Lead Conversion: Transform digital inquiries and marketing leads into confirmed orders.
B2B Outreach: Support our Corporate & Hotel partnership leads through professional outbound pitching.
Customer Retention: Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies to increase the Average Order Value (AOV).
CRM Management: Maintain a precise log of all customer interactions to ensure no lead "leaks" out of the system.
Requirements:
Persuasive Communication: You must have a commanding, professional, and empathetic tone in English and Urdu.
The "Hunger": A target-driven personality who is motivated by closing deals and achieving KPIs.
Resilience: The ability to handle objections and maintain a high-energy "Brand Voice" throughout the day.
Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly master our scent profiles to provide expert recommendations.
