Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: PKR 25,000 - 40,000/month

Dependability Allowance / TA DA /

Probation Bonus: PKR 5,000 after 90 days

Commission: Starts from first sale

Bonuses: Monthly, Quarterly, Annual

Women Empowerment Bonus for female employees

Requirements

Age: 18–30 years

Minimum Intermediate education

Strong verbal communication skills in English

Sales experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome

Responsibilities

Manage amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner

Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, address every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
