We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively generating leads, executing cold/warm calls, and closing sales directly over the phone to meet strict monthly quotas.
Key Responsibilities (Strict)
- High-Volume Outreach: Make a minimum of 100+ outbound calls per day to new prospects and existing clients.
- Target Adherence: Meet or exceed strict daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs (e.g., number of sales, revenue generated).
- Script Compliance: Utilize approved company scripts and talk tracks to introduce products, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Lead Generation/Qualification: Qualify sales leads based on corporate criteria (e.g., BANT) and convert them into closed deals.
- CRM Discipline: Accurately log all call activity, notes, and next steps in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) in real-time.
- Objection Handling: Persist through high rejection rates by professionally addressing customer doubts and grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Reporting: Produce daily activity reports, including call volume, sales, and lead generation figures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in a proactive B2B or B2C telesales/cold calling role.
- Communication: Exceptional persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection calmly and maintain a positive attitude.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CRM software and computer systems.
- Discipline: Strong time management skills to manage call volume and follow-ups effectively.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Performance Standards
- Dials per hour must not fall below the set minimum.
