Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new business opportunities and follow up on warm leads
• Engage with prospective clients via telemarketing to promote our products and services effectively

• Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction for long-term partnerships
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update customer records, and manage sales pipelines

• Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales with a focus on technology or technical products
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently and handle objections gracefully
• Knowledge of sales techniques including warm calling, business development, and marketing strategies
• Prior experience in customer service or technical sales is a plus but not mandatory
