Telesales Representative

Waves Investments & Properties L.L.C. is a boutique real estate brokerage in Dubai, specialising in off-plan and secondary market transactions across the UAE. We work closely with leading developers and serve investors, end-users, and HNWIs in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

We are looking for a driven and confident Telesales Executive with real estate experience to manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and support the sales team in converting opportunities.

• Handle inbound and outbound real estate inquiries

• Qualify leads and understand client requirements

• Schedule appointments for property consultants

• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads

• Maintain accurate lead updates in the CRM

• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in UAE real estate with either a brokerage or a developer (mandatory)

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Confident telephone manner and objection-handling ability

• Target-driven mindset

• Basic CRM experience (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar is a plus)

🌍 Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Chinese, or any additional language is highly welcome
