Telesales Representative for Luxury Interior Design

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our luxury interior design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and promoting our interior design services over the phone.

Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
• Promote and explain our luxury interior design services to potential clients.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive client experience.

Requirements:

• Arabic Speaker (bilingual in English and Arabic).
• Immediate joiner is preferred.
• Proven experience in telesales or customer service (preferably in interior design, real estate, or construction industry, but not required).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.

Interview Process:

• One-day trial in the call centre office
