Job Title: Telesales Representative (International Outbound Sales)

Location: DHA Phase 3, Lahore
Timings: 4pm - 1am

About the Role:

We are hiring a Telesales Representative for outbound sales campaigns targeting international clients. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in English communication, have exposure to international markets, and can handle the full sales cycle—from initial call to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to international prospects
  • Generate leads and identify potential opportunities
  • Engage clients, understand their requirements, and present solutions
  • Handle objections and confidently close sales over the call
  • Maintain follow-ups and build ongoing client relationships
  • Update call records and sales activity in CRM or tracking sheets

Requirements:

  • 6 months to 1 year experience in telesales / outbound calling
  • Fluent English communication (spoken & listening is essential)
  • Experience working with international clients/campaigns
  • Proven ability or strong understanding of closing sales calls
  • Confidence, consistency, and a target-driven approach

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or currently enrolled (minimum)

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
