Basic Salary: Rs. 100,000 + Unlimited Commissions on Sales

We are currently expanding our U.S.-based Life Back Taxes telesales campaign and looking for confident, fluent English speakers ready to grow their career in telesales and customer acquisition.

Role Overview

As a Telesales Representative, you will engage with U.S. clients via outbound calls, introduce our services, and close sales with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Whether you’re experienced or just starting out — if you have excellent communication skills and a winning attitude, we’ll help you succeed through comprehensive training and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. clients and respond to inbound inquiries
• Promote and sell company services confidently
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up promptly
• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of telesales or call center experience (U.S. campaign preferred)
Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven personality
Excellent listening, negotiation, and closing skills
Must be comfortable with the night shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM, Mon–Fri)
