Telesales Representative (ONLY FEMALE +HINDI SPEAKER)

We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our immigration and visa consultancy team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them understand our services and guiding them through the initial stages of the immigration process. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from the company database.
• Explain immigration and visa services clearly and effectively.
• Respond to basic queries and schedule follow-up consultations.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily calling targets and contribute to monthly sales goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Confident phone presence with the ability to handle objections positively.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
