Telesales Representative ( Walkin interview)

Walkin interview timings are 5pm to 7pm

Applicants MUST possess the below skills:

• Previous TELESALESor other similar SALESExperience is a must.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent sales technique and confidence in speaking with potential clients face to face and over the phone.
• Must be a convincing personality.
• Ability to assess potential leads.
• Candidate should be comfortable working in a Sales team.
• Candidates Must have key skills required to work on a Telesales Executive role.
• Candidate must be able to work to deadlines as well as remaining efficient under pressure.
• Candidate must be able to work under all circumstances and be productive under pressure.
• Telesales is target driven role and therefore applicants Must be consistent in achieving sales targets.

The job role includes:

• Liaising with potential clients face to face and over the phone with the aim to convert inquiries into sales (No cold calling, No outdoor sales)
• As the title indicates, Telesales is all about distance selling, therefore applicants must have the convincing power to close Sales over the phone and be a successful Telesales Executive.
• Becoming a source of information for potential clients seeking advice and services.
• Conducting face to face and over the phone consultations with the clients
• Converting leads into sales and achieving your sales target every month.
• You MUST have excellent Selling Skills.
• You MUST have excellent English communication skills.
• You MUST have a Neutral Accent.
• You MUST have a strong Sales background.
• You MUST have experience of working in a call center making outbound calls.
• You MUST be Flexible to accept and adopt all situations.
