Telesales Team Lead

This is a full-time role as a Telesales Team Lead for Turkish market at 51Talk. The Telesales Team Lead need to be able to be able to speak English and Turkish fluently. He/she will be responsible for achieving personal and team sales target, managing the day-to-day activities of the telesales team and driving sales performance. The qualified candidate may need to travel for training. This role involves working onsite in Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or it's equivalent
• Must have proven track record in achieving personal and team sales target
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in team management and driving B2C telesales performance
• Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and identify trends
• Customer service orientation to ensure customer satisfaction
• Experience in #edtech industry is a big plus
• Must be passionate about sales, dynamic, hardworking and have pioneering spirit.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include knowledge of the education industry, fluency in Turkish and English, and experience in online B2C sales or B2C telesales.
