Telesales Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and driven Tele Sales Head to lead our telesales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in consultative selling, team management, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and sales outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, consultative selling, and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with CRM tools and sales tracking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team while managing performance effectively.
