Telestaff Testing Lead

Job Title: Telestaff - Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Duration: 4 Months+

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manages a team of selected testing group (Timekeepers, managers/supervisors, end users, super users), fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans for Telestaff (Police & Fire), ensuring alignment with project timelines and business objectives.
• Build test cases, test scripts, and gather test data, ensuring thorough testing of all Telestaff functionalities, including functional, regression, user acceptance, and performance testing.
• Work closely with business analysts, the senior project manager, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that testing aligns with business needs.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution processes, ensuring timely communication of issues and status updates to stakeholders and the senior project manager. Identify opportunities for process improvements in
• testing methodologies and tools, implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Reporting and Metrics: Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, results, and quality metrics to senior project manager and project team.
• Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members and stakeholders on testing processes, tools, and Telestaff functionalities.

Special Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of Telestaff.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Proven experience testing Telestaff.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with testing tools and automation solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Telestaff functionality.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar. Or equivalent work experience.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
