Telework nurse

• Gather patient information and vital signs via patient interviews and instructing patients to use in-home devices such as blood pressure monitors
• Assess patient pain level and other symptoms when speaking to patients on the phone and via web conference
• Provide complex instructions in an easily accessible and calm way to ensure they get accurate information about the person’s condition while also educating patients about appropriate post-visit actions and treatment
• Following up with patients as needed with patients via phone calls, emails or chat systems
