Just & True Immigration Law & Services is a leading legal advisory and migration consultancy, committed to trustworthy, comprehensive, and client focused solutions. Our firm specializes in visa consulting, immigration law, and global migration services for aspiring individuals and families. We are seeking dedicated Telecallers to become the voice of our organisation, drive client engagement, and deliver accurate immigration guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce the organisation’s visa and immigration services.
  • Provide accurate and complete information about the company’s services, immigration categories, and legal processes.
  • Understand client needs, answer queries, and guide them on the appropriate visa options.
  • Handle incoming inquiries professionally and convert them into potential leads.
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM/Excel sheets with 100% accuracy.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure timely processing and adherence to target deadlines.
  • Support the sales/consultant team by scheduling appointments and transferring qualified leads.
  • Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Maintain professional communication, upholding the firm’s reputation for integrity and compliance.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to management regarding client responses, challenges, and opportunities.

Core Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and ideally Punjabi.
  • Persuasive, energetic, and client-focused with the ability to build immediate rapport.
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and data management skills for record-keeping.
  • Basic knowledge of common immigration programs, terms, policies, and documentation requirements (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and independently within a fast-paced, compliant work environment.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills with a proven track record in meeting team target.
  • Prior telecalling, sales, or customer support experience within immigration or education consultancy is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM, MS Office, and basic IT skills required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory).
  • 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support roles, candidates with relevant immigration sector experience will be prioritized.
  • Multilingual candidates highly valued.
