We are seeking a proactive Telecaller with experience in the civil/construction sector, particularly in formwork systems. The candidate will be responsible for generating formwork requirements from construction projects across India and coordinating effectively with the internal team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate formwork requirements from construction projects across India.

· Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients, contractors, and project managers.

· Promote company products and services related to formwork systems.

· Maintain accurate customer records and update project data.

· Coordinate with sales, design, and management teams to fulfill client needs.

· Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into opportunities.

· Provide clear communication and timely reporting to the management team.

Requirements:

· Education: Graduate (any discipline)

· Experience: 1–5 years in the civil/construction line

· Knowledge: Basic understanding of formwork systems and construction workflows

· Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

· Availability: Immediate joiner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
