Job Summary and Requirements:

Labette Bank Parsons Branch is looking for a Full-Time Teller to join our team.

Hours will be Monday thru Friday and some Saturdays 9:00 to 12:00.

The Teller position is primarily responsible for cross-selling Bank products and services while processing transactions and answering questions from existing and prospective customers. This position is also responsible for performing a wide variety of customer services such as cashing checks and receiving/processing deposits, payments, and withdrawals for individual and business accounts. The Teller should also have strong problem-solving skills while responding to customer concerns in a professional setting. Ideal candidates will have a friendly personality and understand how the bank can best serve the local community.

Qualified candidates will have the ability to complete basic math calculations, provide excellent customer service, understand banking regulations as they apply to the teller position, and be detail oriented and organized.

Must have excellent communication skills, customer service, and computer skills required. Must maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
