The Office of the President and CEO is seeking a temporary executive administrative partner to provide project management, administrative, and professional support directly related to the programmatic support of the President’s Chief of Staff and supporting ELT members’ schemes and meeting protocols.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Degree(s) must be from a regionally accredited college/university. In lieu of educational requirements, experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Experience: 2-4 years of related experience. Must type 50 WPM. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage confidential administrative duties

Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively balance multiple competing priorities.

Strong project management skills

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including solid grammatical skills

Experience in performing administrative functions for a non-profit Board of Trustees


Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Degree(s) must be from a regionally accredited college/university.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Etc)

Flexible and able to function in a high-paced environment

Project Management Experience is desirable

Previous C-Suite experience is desired

  • Availability to start within two (2) weeks is desired

**This is not a remote position. The incumbent in this position must be able to report in person.

Job Duties

Description of Job Duty
Facilitate the management of projects in support of executive leaders

Organize communications

Performs various administrative duties with wide latitude for exercising discretion and judgment.

May receive and answer correspondence on behalf of the Executive Leadership Team members.

Arranges and schedules appointments for executive leadership team members, including supporting the preparation of meeting materials.

Manage broad and complex tasks in support of organizational projects and programming.

Serve as primary liaison in resolving vendor requests and inquiries.

May coordinate and plan special events and activities

May book travel and process assigned transactions

May prepare and route contracts

Routinely engage external and internal collaborative partners.

May support departmental meetings through minutes taking and agenda preparation

Immunization Requirements
It is MSM’s Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are encouraged to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to commencement of employment. If employment will commence during Flu Season, MSM requires all individuals to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless granted an exemption. Failure to provide proof of vaccination for any required vaccines or obtain an exemption from MSM will result in rescission of a candidate’s offer of employment or disciplinary action up to and including termination.
