Temporary Marketing Assistant - Potential to expand into on going work

Job Title: Temporary Marketing Assistant (1-Week + Paid Training Day – Potential Ongoing Work)

Location: Remote and On-Site (Hybrid)

Job Type: Short-Term Paid Contract (3 Full Days + 1 Training Day)

About the Role:

We are an automotive marketing team looking for a reliable and detail-oriented assistant to help support operations during a one-week coverage period. This role includes 1 full paid training day prior to the start, where you’ll be trained on systems, expectations, and daily workflows. If it’s a strong fit, there is potential for ongoing work beyond this initial assignment in a more permeant role.

Schedule:

- 1 Paid Training Day (before start date)

- 3 consecutive days of coverage

- Must be available and responsive daily during this period

Responsibilities:

- Client communication (updates, check-ins, basic coordination)

- Photographing Clients Inventory at multiple locations

- Managing simple marketing tasks (content uploads, edits, organization)

- Keeping projects on track and documented

- Light administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

- Extremely reliable (critical for this role)

- Strong communication and responsiveness

- Detail-oriented and organized

- Able to follow systems and instructions without constant oversight

- Basic marketing or social media knowledge

Bonus (Not Required but Preferred):

- Automotive or dealership marketing experience

- Familiarity with Lightroom, Canva, scheduling tools, or CRMs

Pay:

$150 total for training day + 180/Coverage Day (based on experience)
