Temporary Role for 3 months: IT Support with basic QA skills

CPI Business is a leading solution architect specializing in event design, content creation, media services, and digital platforms. We provide tailored solutions for clients across diverse industries, offering planning, strategy, creative development, and integrated production.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team and support our clients, ensure product quality, and assist with data management tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional email support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) testing on websites and mobile applications, reporting bugs and usability issues.
• Conduct data entry tasks, including accurate and efficient form filling.
• Provide basic IT support (e.g., troubleshooting common internal technical issues, guiding users with setup or usage).
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate client issues and track resolution progress.
• Maintain detailed records of support requests, QA findings, and data entry logs.

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with email, spreadsheets, and web applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic IT troubleshooting knowledge (e.g., connectivity, login issues, software usage).
• Your own valid visa in UAE.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

• Previous experience in customer support, QA, or data entry.
• Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) or QA processes.
• Knowledge of websites, mobile apps, or digital platforms.

Work Details

• Type: In-Office and later on site for 2 weeks
• Location: JLT Cluster N, Dubai
• Reports to: IT Team Lead
• Start Date: 8th September 2025
• End Date: 12th December 2025

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
