Essential Job Duties
This position will assist in the day-to-day operations of the WISE program by managing, supporting, and facilitating the successful planning and execution of WISE-related activities.
Primary responsibilities for this position include:

- Assist with strategic planning and maintain records
- Promote and attend WISE Village events and programs, including managing social media.
- Establish and maintain key collaborations across the NC State community, including faculty and staff in STEM disciplines, units within the Division of Academic & Student Affairs, and campus partners in areas designed to help retain our students at the University and in the STEM field
- Meet regularly with the WISE Director
- Survey and assess student programming experiences and needs within WISE, including large and small-scale events
- Participation in monthly Operating Counsel meetings
- Designing and implementing new high-impact experiences relating to STEM
