Tenant Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a customer-focused Tenant / Community Executive to ensure an exceptional living experience for residents. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between tenants, building management, and service providers, ensuring effective communication, prompt issue resolution, and a strong sense of community. This role is key to maintaining the high service standards and resident satisfaction that define The Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Coordinate communication between residents, property management, maintenance teams, and service providers.
• Manage tenant onboarding, move-in/move-out processes, and resident records.
• Monitor and follow up on maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Organize community events and resident engagement activities.
• Conduct routine inspections of common areas and report operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records of resident requests, complaints, and community activities.
• Support the General Manager with day-to-day community operations and administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with community policies, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Prepare periodic reports on resident feedback and service performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management or CRM software.
• Ability to handle resident concerns professionally while maintaining confidentiality.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in property management, hospitality, customer service, or community management.

Preferred/Good to Have

• Experience in luxury residential or premium hospitality environments.
• Experience organizing community events and resident engagement initiatives.
• Familiarity with property management systems and customer relationship management tools.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional certifications in Hospitality, Customer Service, or Property Management are a plus.

Experience: 3-5 years

Work Timings: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Work Days: Monday- Saturday

Work Mode: Onsite
