Tenant Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all tenant-related matters.
• Maintain strong, professional communication channels between tenants and TMG commercial management.
• Manage the full tenant lifecycle, including onboarding, unit handover, fit-out coordination, and timely store/office openings.
• Ensure operational readiness with minimal disruptions to the mall/asset environment.
• Track and evaluate tenant performance against agreed KPIs and operational standards.
• Proactively identify issues, address challenges, and escalate unresolved cases promptly.
• Ensure complete adherence to lease terms, design guidelines, and mall/asset policies.
• Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure compliance, safety, and operational quality.
• Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date tenant documentation and records.
• Prepare and deliver relevant reports, insights, and feedback to support Leasing, Operations, and senior management decision-making.
• Manage tenant complaints and disputes with professionalism, transparency, and efficiency.
• Implement structured resolution processes to ensure timely closure and enhanced tenant satisfaction.
• Work closely with Facilities Management, Security, Marketing, and other internal teams to coordinate operational requirements.
• Support events, activations, and promotional activities by ensuring seamless tenant and operational alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in tenant relations within malls, retail, or commercial real estate (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment with strong attention to detail
