Tenant Success & Support Manager

We are looking for an experienced Tenant Success & Support Manager to lead and enhance our B2B tenant experience and support operations .

This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality tenant services, strengthening long-term business relationships, and improving operational efficiency across all tenant touchpoints. The successful candidate will lead tenant relationship teams, oversee CRM and tenant portal systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Tenant Relationship Department and B2B tenant support operations

• Oversee tenant portals, CRM platforms, and service communication channels

• Develop service standards, response protocols, and escalation processes

• Monitor tenant satisfaction metrics and service performance indicators

• Manage tenant complaints, service recovery, and relationship management

• Collaborate with Leasing, Operations, Facilities, Finance, and Marketing teams

• Drive service improvement initiatives and operational efficiency

• Prepare reports and insights for senior management

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in customer experience, tenant relations, or service management

• Strong experience in B2B customer experience or tenant relationship management

• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and service operations

• Experience with CRM systems, customer platforms, and service tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries is a plus
