Post- TENDER MANAGER

Gender: Male /Females (Preference Female Candidate )

SKILLS - government Road construction tender processes and documentation.

Experience - 10 yrs

Education - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Required Experience and Skills

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential.
  • Tendering Experience: Significant experience (often 7-12 years) in the tendering process, including pre-qualification, bid preparation, submission, and post-bid activities within the construction industry.
  • Contract Management: Strong understanding and experience with various contract forms and their terms, including liquidity damages, performance guarantees, and payment terms.

Manage the entire process of the government tender paper notebook from concept to completion, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

➢ Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders involved in the tender process, such as legal, procurement, finance, and other relevant teams.

➢ Develop and implement strategies to effectively organize and maintain the tender documentation in the notebook, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

➢ Keep up-to-date with the latest government tender documentation requirements, guidelines, and regulations and ensure compliance.

➢ Collaborate with internal teams to review and analyze tender documentation, identify gaps or areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for enhancing the submission.

➢ Supervise and guide a team of tender administrators to ensure smooth handling of all tender-related tasks, including preparation, submission, and record-keeping.

➢ Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and contractors, if required, to gather necessary information and documentation for inclusion in the tender paper notebook.

➢ Conduct regular audits and quality checks on the tender documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to the defined standards.

➢ Prepare and present periodic reports on the status of ongoing tenders, including key milestones, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
