Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 5000 - AED 7000 (Based on Experience)

We are a leading subcontractor company based in Dubai, working closely with main contractors on a variety of projects. We are looking for an experienced Tender Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in tendering, along with the ability to support ongoing technical coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

-Tendering & Quotation Preparation:

• Calculate areas, quantities, and costs for tender submissions.
• Prepare and submit detailed tender documents, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with the project team to gather necessary technical data for accurate quotations.
• Maintain tender records and filing systems for easy retrieval when required.

- Contractor Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between the company and contractors.
• Address technical queries and provide necessary information for project execution.
• Ensure timely communication and updates regarding tenders and ongoing project needs.

- Support to Senior Management:

• Assist senior management with communication and coordination for certain technical projects involving other affiliated companies and external partners.
• Help manage documentation, follow-ups, and file organization for these ongoing works.
• Liaise with contractors and company representatives to ensure smooth information flow.
• Provide regular updates and ensure all necessary information is readily available when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar tendering or engineering role in Dubai.
• Visa: Preference for candidates with own visa or husband’s visa, but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes and working with contractors.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Excel & Word is highly desirable.
