Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Tender Estimation & Procurement Officer. The candidate will be responsible for preparing tender estimates for electrical works (government departments and private sector), submitting tender documents, managing procurement of project materials, and coordinating urgent visits for agreement signings or project needs across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and prepare cost estimations for electrical tenders (govt and private sector).
• Prepare and compile tender documents in coordination with engineering and accounts teams.
• Track tender opportunities from government portals, newspapers, and online platforms.
• Handle submission of bids online and offline (GeM, CPP, State portals, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors for material quotations and negotiate pricing to meet project budgets.
• Manage procurement and timely delivery of site materials as per project requirement.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation.
• Visit other cities/offices/sites when required for agreement signings, meetings, and inspections.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to understand material and logistics needs.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements during tendering and procurement processes.
• Prepare comparative statements and assist management in decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Procurement / Business Administration (preferred).
• Proven experience in tender estimation, procurement, and handling government/private tenders.
• Strong knowledge of government e-procurement portals (GeM, CPP, eTendering, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word), AutoCAD (optional), and basic project management tools.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel as per work requirements.

Additional Details:

• Salary: Rs.15,000 to 20,000
• Joining: Immediate preferred / Within 07 days
