Tender Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Regularly search and track manpower, housekeeping, cleaning, and security tenders across government and institutional portals like Maha Tenders, e-Tendering, GeM, MSECL, Mahagenco, NMMC, MMRDA, MMRCL, BEL, SBI, BOB, Western Railway, MCGM, etc

  • Tender Identification & Analysis:
  • Monitor various portals, websites, and newspapers for government and private tenders.
  • Analyze tender documents to understand eligibility, technical, and financial requirements.
  • Documentation & Submission:
  • Prepare and compile tender documents including technical, financial, and administrative sections.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with tender requirements.
  • Maintain a database of submitted tenders and track status.
  • Coordination:
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Operations, Technical teams) to gather necessary inputs.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities for clarifications and updates.
  • Compliance & Record Keeping:
  • Ensure timely submission of tenders and avoid lapses.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of tender-related correspondence.
  • Keep updated records of EMDs (Earnest Money Deposits), BGs (Bank Guarantees), and other tender commitments.
  • Follow-up & Reporting:
  • Track tender outcomes and communicate results to management.
  • Prepare MIS reports on tenders floated, submitted, won, and lost.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
