Tender Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with hands-on experience in CPWD projects. The candidate must have strong knowledge of government tendering procedures, online/offline bidding, and documentation processes in the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete tendering process for CPWD projects.
• Prepare and submit online & offline bids through government portals.
• Manage documentation, BOQ preparation, and compliance requirements.
• Process and coordinate Bank Guarantees (BG), EMD, and other financial instruments.
• Regularly track and monitor tender portals for new opportunities.
• Coordinate with estimation, accounts, and project teams for tender submissions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum [6] years of experience handling CPWD tenders.
• Strong knowledge of CPWD norms, GCC, and tender procedures.
• Experience in working on government tender portals (e-procurement).
• Knowledge of Bank Guarantee (BG), EMD, SD process.
• Background in construction industry is mandatory.
• Good understanding of BOQ, estimation, and costing.
• Strong documentation and coordination skills.
• Ensure timely submission of technical and financial bids.
• Maintain tender database and records.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience working with contractors handling CPWD building projects.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
