Since 2012, we have been serving government and semi-government organizations across Pakistan through tender-based projects and technical supply contracts.

Role Overview

We are looking for a competent and organized Tender & Proposal Sales Executive to manage tender sourcing, document preparation, and bid submissions.
The role requires strong attention to detail, deadline discipline, and coordination skills with multiple departments including Sales, Finance, and Logistics — ensuring timely and compliant tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and collect tender opportunities from public and private portals on a daily basis.
  • Review tender documents and prepare compliance checklists.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Directors to obtain technical and commercial inputs.
  • Compile, format, and prepare complete bid documentation for submission.
  • Ensure all tenders are submitted on time and fully compliant with requirements.
  • Maintain tender trackers, submission logs, Tender Progress Sheet (TPS), and Daily Things to Do (TTD), and archive all related documents.
  • Track and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Efficiently manage assigned customer accounts and allocated projects.
  • Bid on all opportunities approved as ‘Yes Bid’ by the Directors.
  • Provide guidance and work on all technical inquiries.
  • Introduce new brands and distributorships relevant to the industry.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships, especially with end users for current and upcoming inquiries.
  • Attend pricing review meetings and update commercial sections as directed.
  • Finalize tender working as per the given directions and checklist for pricing.
  • Hand over the case to ‘Director Operations’ for pricing at least 2 working days before due date for local tenders, and at least 3 working days for out-of-city tenders.
  • Ensure continuous and timely follow-ups on quotations, orders, and goods acceptance.
  • Update all communication (verbal and written) in the relevant file and module on time.
  • Communicate effectively with departments to collect documents, forms, and clarifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in tender/proposal preparation (government or corporate).
  • Strong command over MS Word, Excel, and PDF editing tools.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of handling multiple submissions at once.
  • Familiarity with PPRA / e-tendering portals will be an added advantage.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
