Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end tendering process for infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, water, energy, or similar sectors).

Review tender documents, contracts, and technical specifications to identify risks, opportunities, and compliance requirements.

Coordinate with technical, commercial, legal, and finance teams to develop comprehensive tender submissions.

Prepare and review pricing structures, cost estimates, and project schedules.

Manage communication with clients, consultants, and joint venture partners during the bidding phase.

Ensure all tenders are submitted accurately, competitively, and on time.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and procurement practices.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 12 years’ experience in tender management, bid coordination, or estimating within the infrastructure or construction sector.

Proven track record in leading successful bids for large-scale projects.

Strong understanding of FIDIC, PPP, EPC, and Design & Build contract structures.

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and tender management software/tools.
