Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end tendering process for infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, water, energy, or similar sectors).
  • Review tender documents, contracts, and technical specifications to identify risks, opportunities, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with technical, commercial, legal, and finance teams to develop comprehensive tender submissions.
  • Prepare and review pricing structures, cost estimates, and project schedules.
  • Manage communication with clients, consultants, and joint venture partners during the bidding phase.
  • Ensure all tenders are submitted accurately, competitively, and on time.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activity, and procurement practices.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in tender management, bid coordination, or estimating within the infrastructure or construction sector.
  • Proven track record in leading successful bids for large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of FIDIC, PPP, EPC, and Design & Build contract structures.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and tender management software/tools.
