Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Experience in cost estimation, drawings review, and price analysis.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and pricing software.
• Good knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost analysis.
• Excellent English communication skills.
