TENDER SPECIALIST

We’re Hiring | Specialist – Tenders & Contracts (Qatar)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Specialist – Tenders & Contracts to join our team in Qatar. The role involves managing the full tendering lifecycle and contract administration in line with Qatar market practices and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit tenders in compliance with client requirements and deadlines
• Draft, review, and manage contracts in line with Qatar regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with internal teams for operations, Finance, and contractual inputs
• Monitor contract compliance, renewals, and performance.
• Support negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate records of tenders, contracts, bonds, and correspondence.

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in business administration, Procurement, Law, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in tendering and contract management
• Strong knowledge of Qatar procurement and contract practices
• Excellent communication and document-management skills
• Immediate availability
• Local hire only (candidates currently based in Qatar)
