Tender Specialist – Medical Consumables

We’re hiring a Tender Specialist to manage medical-consumables bids, including submissions for major entities such as Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) and other government bodies through Qatar Monaqasat.

Responsibilities

• Track and prepare tenders (HMC + government).
• Ensure full compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, sales, and regulatory teams.
• Maintain pricing, documentation, and tender calendars.
• Monitor awarded contracts and renewals.

Requirements

• Experience with healthcare or government tenders.
• Strong knowledge of medical consumables.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• High accuracy and deadline discipline.
