About the Role:


The Tendering & Bid Manager leads the preparation, coordination, and submission of competitive bids. The role involves analyzing client requirements, developing winning strategies, coordinating with technical and commercial teams, ensuring compliance, managing timelines, and presenting compelling proposals to secure projects while maximizing profitability and maintaining alignment with company objectives


Key Responsibilities:


1. Tender Analysis & Review – Study project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements to evaluate scope, risks, and opportunities.


2. Costing & Pricing Coordination – Work with estimation, procurement, and production teams to develop accurate and competitive cost proposals.


3. Proposal Preparation – Compile technical submissions, compliance documents, method statements, and value engineering options tailored to joinery works.


4. Stakeholder Coordination – Liaise with design, engineering, and project teams to ensure all inputs are aligned with client expectations.


5. Submission & Follow-up – Ensure timely submission of bids, respond to clarifications, and support negotiations until award
