Responsible for assisting the Bid Manager in tender-related activities, including:

  • Analysing project information upon receipt of tender documents.

  • Entering and maintaining various types of information in the company’s online system.

  • Conducting background checks on clients and third-party companies.

  • Conducting background checks on suppliers, design consultant, subcontractors.

  • Preparing the EOI and PQQ documents for potential projects.

  • Drafting contracts, such as design service agreement, subcontracting agreements.

  • Completing contract review processes and performing compliance checks for clients and third-party companies.

  • Collaborating with tender team to prepare tender documents and follow up on quotation requests.

  • Working with tender team to compare and analyse quotations and proposals from suppliers and subcontractors.

  • Assisting the Bid Manager in cost analysis and planning.

  • Supporting the Bid Manager in post-submission activities, such as preparing clarification reports and attending post-tender meetings.

  • Preparing, printing, binding, and submitting tender documents.

  • Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors and updating and optimizing the supplier database.

  • Coordinating with Financial Dept to issue bid bond.

  • Initiate tender expense reimbursement from Financial Dept.

  • Performing other assigned tasks.
