2. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2.1. Specialty Tendering
2.2. Education Degree
Bachelor Degree in Engineering
2.4. Technical knowledge
Good Knowledge in construction cycle, write-up skills for diversified services
2.5. Experience
Minimum 05 Years Experience
3. RESPONSIBILITIES / AUTHORITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
3.1. Primary Functions
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
- Develop tender packages along with sales team, this includes the T&C proposal, Costing sheet, CRM
- Prepare post tender presentations and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Prepare the required documentation related for the internal approval process (scope presentation, risk assessment, costing, etc.,)
- Attend meetings with client.
- Observe B.V. QHSSE policies and procedures (related to BU) at all times
- Comply with the ethical policies and code of ethics
- Carry out additional duties as allocated by the N+1.

As per Bureau Veritas polices
3.3. Technical Expertise
- Excellent write-up skills in English and Arabic
- High skills in power point and excel
- Ability to generate infographic reports
- Basic understanding of construction activities
3.4. Business Requirements
Communication Skills / Business Acumen / Write-up skills / report writing skills
3.5. QHSSE Responsibilities
- Implementing BV safety programs within the team
- Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV HSE
- Policies, procedures and practices.
- Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/HSE Representative
- Report immediately to HSE Representative any newly identified hazard and participate in devising suitable operational control to eliminate/minimize the pertinent risk.
- Report immediately to HSE Representative any HSE incident and cooperate in investigating Reporting all incidents and taking action whenever they see an unsafe act or condition
- Take care of your own health and safety and that of people who may be affected by what you do (or do not do).
- Co-operate with others on health and safety, and not interfere with, or misuse, anything provided for your health, safety or welfare.
