Tendering Manager – Water & Wastewater EPC Projects

Job Description:

Pure Water Technology LLC is seeking an experienced Tendering Manager to lead the preparation of competitive bids for water and wastewater projects, including pipelines, networks, pump stations, and treatment plants. The role requires strong technical understanding, commercial awareness, and experience dealing with consultants and government clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the tendering process from initial inquiry to final submission.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications; identify risks and clarifications.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, finance, and projects for accurate cost build-up.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, technical submissions, and commercial proposals.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and Pure Water internal procedures.
• Manage tender schedules, queries, addenda, and submission deadlines.
• Support post-tender negotiations and value engineering proposals.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in tendering for water/wastewater EPC projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of pipelines, pump stations, WWTP/STP, rehabilitation works, and civil/mechanical scopes.
• Experience with TAQA WS, ADNOC, ADM, or major engineering consultants.
• Strong supplier and subcontractor network.
• Excellent analytical, technical review, and cost estimation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: From AED20,000.00 per month
