Terminal Manager

We are seeking a highly qualified Terminal Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of our oil and gas terminals. This leadership role includes managing operational activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, supervising personnel, and maintaining regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities:

- Increasing the operations capacity by improving the performance, monitoring the operational expenses, taking corrective actions, developing new strategies to increase operations with safe and cost-efficient methods.

- Ensure achievement of the operations targets and daily update management regarding operational activities including loading, dispatch and import operation.

- Provide Management with decision-making support by exposing all relevant information necessary to enable sound and informed final decision making.

- Plan, implement and oversee the work of staff members to ensure efficiency and compliance with organizational requirements and company procedures.

- Monitor and direct all dispatching activities, including tracking, routing and dispatching transportation vehicles.

- Conduct ongoing safety audits, meet with individual staff members, attend company safety meetings and participate or direct other work activities designed to promote work safety and encourage continuing education among staff members.

- Implement changes to transportation services, policies or scheduling as needed.

- Ensure staff members fully and consistently comply with safety rules, administrative procedures and policies, environmental policies, union contracts and government regulations.

- Manage the smooth delivery of the operational activities and enhance the volume of business by discovering new opportunities.

- Collaborate with staff members and fellow managers to create, modify and implement goals, procedures, policies and objectives when the opportunity presents itself.

- Provide support to operational and technical staff in the development, implementation of Company procedures to bring operations quality and HSE up to Company standards.

- Coordinate with maintenance and service teams related to terminal maintenance and up-gradation facility.

Job Specifications:

Education:B.E Engineering (Chemical/Petroleum)

Experience:15-18 years of relevant field Experience and 8 years of experience in Senior Management

Skills:Leadership, Process Improvement, Operational Efficiency, Communication skills
