- Operate and monitor terminal systems including pumps, valves, pipelines, and storage tanks.
- Ensure accurate loading and unloading operations while maintaining product integrity.
- Conduct routine measurement of tanks (dipping, temperature, density) and maintain accurate records.
- Perform sampling and basic quality checks before transfer and delivery.
- Ensure all operations meet regulatory and terminal-specific compliance requirements.
- Perform daily inspection of pumps, pipelines, meters, loading arms, safety equipment, and storage tanks.
- Identify equipment faults, leaks, or abnormalities and report for maintenance.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and shutdown operations when required.
- Maintain daily operational logs, checklists, product movement records, and shift reports.
- Record meter readings, tank levels, and transaction details accurately.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards for audits and inspections.
- Coordinate with drivers, control room operators, and maintenance teams.
- Communicate operational updates, issues, and safety concerns promptly.
- Support supervisor in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in terminal operations, tank farms, or oil & gas facilities.
- Knowledge of petroleum product handling, tank gauging, and terminal automation systems.
- Familiarity with HSE procedures, PTW (Permit to Work), and emergency response protocols.
