Territory Business Development Executive – FMCG

Faisalabad, Pakistan

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Territory Business Development Executive – FMCG to drive sales growth in the assigned area for our Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) product range. This role requires strong field sales experience, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new customers through cold calls, networking, and lead generation.
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through new account acquisition and upselling to current clients.
  • Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with operations for timely delivery.
  • Keep customers informed on product availability, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Maintain updated client records for effective follow-ups and future campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: PKR 45,000 – 80,000
  • Fuel Allowance: 90 Liters/month
  • Bike Maintenance Support

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in the FMCG, food, or beverages sector.
  • Strong knowledge of distribution channels, retail markets, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel within the territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
