Territory Business Executive

Job description:

We are looking for an energetic Territory Business Executive to develop and manage FMCG sales within the assigned region. This role involves market expansion, retailer engagement, and driving sales through strong field execution and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and grow sales with existing clients.
• Execute monthly sales plans and ensure coverage of retail and distribution points.
• Support marketing activities and product promotions in the field.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging trends.

Compensation & Benefits:

• PKR 45,000 – 80,000 base salary
• 90 Liters/month fuel allowance
• Bike maintenance allowance

Requirements:

• 2+ years of FMCG sales experience (food or beverage preferred).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Strong drive to achieve targets and expand market share.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
