Job Overview

We are hiring motivated and result‑driven Territory Managers for our Pharmaceutical Sales team across multiple cities in Pakistan. This role is ideal for energetic sales professionals with up to 3 years of experience in the pharma industry , strong relationship‑building skills, and a passion for achieving sales targets through ethical and effective field practices.

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned territories, building strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets, and providing valuable market insights.

Key Responsibilities

Qualitative Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct daily assigned calls, reaching a minimum of 6 high‑profile doctors as per portfolio
  • Deliver effective product presentations with confidence and professionalism
  • Maintain proper grooming and professional dressing standards
  • Collect and share weekly written market feedback
  • Demonstrate strong customer orientation and territory ownership


Quantitative Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for the territory
  • Submit Daily Call Reports (DCRs) accurately and on time
  • Ensure consistent territory coverage and productivity
  • Maintain detailed reports, analysis, and documentation


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Graduate
  • Experience: Maximum 3 years in Pharmaceutical Sales (mandatory)
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent relationship‑building and customer handling abilities
  • Strong presentation and product detailing skills
  • Good planning, time management, and punctuality
  • Analytical mindset with report‑writing capability
  • Street‑smart, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
  • Professional appearance and strong personal discipline


Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have

  • Certification in sales, selling skills, or pharmaceutical marketing
  • Strong understanding of territory and product knowledge


Compensation & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: PKR 35,000 – 45,000 (can be higher for the right candidate)
  • Daily Working Allowance: PKR 600 – 800 per working day
  • Incentives: Per‑pack incentives upon achievement of assigned targets
