Purpose of the Job
- 
The Territory Manager is tasked primarily with managing and maintaining the accounts. In this role, the Territory Manager maintains knowledge and awareness of competing products/services, pricing structures, and overall strengths and weaknesses in order to determine how best to service and motivate key accounts to stay with the business.
- 
This is a sales position where the individual is responsible for servicing the current customer base, increasing sales within that base and establishing new accounts. Support procedures in cath lab.(screening, patient queuing, procedural planning…)
- 
This position is responsible for TAVI therapy
- 
Based in İstanbul or Ankara
What You’ll Do
- 
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through close follow up.
- 
Implament local and national marketing initiatives to build brand development of Portico/Navitor and maximize Abbott SH product portfolio awareness.
- 
Collaborating with sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
- 
Collect high volume accounts data build market assessment file to identify and expand business opportunities
- 
Focusing on growing and developing key existing clients to maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with high volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives
- 
Playing an active role in potential key competitors accounts to convert and hold responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients.
- 
Developing a complete understanding of account needs
- 
Being as a contact point for key opinion leaders and key decision makers
- 
Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
- 
Managing the distributors and agencies
- 
Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service and product to upper management
- 
Active role in LBE and AOP periods
- 
Negotiating contracts with client and establishing timeline of performance
- 
Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders
- 
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

Required Qualifications
- 
Understanding of SH (or similar) product lines and solid understanding of business, financials, products/services, the market
- 
Bachelor’s Degree or experience equivalent
- 
5 years of successful sales experience within medical device industry, minimum 3 years specific TAVI experience in cath lab will be a plus
- 
Excellent command of written and spoken English
- 
Well organized, capable of juggling multiple projects and accustomed to tight deadlines.
- 
Excellent personal computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
- 
Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
-
