Territory Sales Advocate

Summary


You will be responsible for selling our solutions, delivering growth through a blend of organic development and new customer acquisition. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and growing revenue in your territory while managing a deep sales pipeline. You will create and maintain strong relationships with sleep physicians, sleep dentists and key opinion leaders.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


  • Establish and exceed assigned revenue and funnel goals, including accurate and timely forecasting.
  • Willing and able to travel to be in person>50% with top 20 customers on a consistent cycle.
  • Maintains deep knowledge of ProSomnus’ products, values and benefits
  • Promote and sell portfolio of ProSomnus products to achieve sales results, quotas/targets and profitability goals Focus on current business base and top 20 accounts on a monthly basis
    • Develop new target accounts
    • Establish new business and increase sales of current accounts
  • Understand and thrive in the competitive landscape
  • Develop and cultivate KOL relationships
  • Develop and maintain action plans (i.e., weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) by analyzing territory performance, sales and reports to identify the needs of specific accounts
  • Network and build relationships across multiple care settings (i.e. sleep dentistry, sleep physicians, ENTs, etc.), and use information gathered to build territory strategy.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of clinical evidence and articulate our evidence-based value proposition
  • Manage multiple priorities and adapt to evolving customer and company needs in an organized fashion.
  • Resolve customer challenges by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to management in an empathetic manner.
  • Optimize the utilization of educational and KOL events (e.g., local sleep association events, National events, KOL meetings, etc.)
  • Adheres to T&E Travel Policy, Company’s compliance policy and Standards of Business Conduct & Ethics including relevant industry Codes of Practice

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience


Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A background in selling customizable, clinically effective devices, calling on dentists and physicians at the office level, and a strong knowledge of obstructive sleep apnea is preferred.


Language Skills


  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills


  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra.

Reasoning Ability


  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills


To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet, Spreadsheet and Word Processing software.
