This position is responsible for driving sales growth and technical excellence in the Central Anatolia & Black Sea Region, focusing on the Adhesive Technologies business unit. It involves managing customer portfolios, developing business opportunities, and ensuring alignment with internal departments to deliver operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Developing business opportunities to increase sales across the responsible area for the Adhesive Technologies business unit

Preparing and implementing action plan to develop sales, profit, and gain market share

Coordinating existing sales activities for the customer portfolio within Anatolia & Middle - East Black Sea Region

Performing market research to identify potential sectors and to develop new customer opportunities

Developing and managing projects to fulfil the technical needs of the customers

Supplying the customers with technical information concerning General Industrial Adhesives

Managing distributors and improving technical knowledge of the distributor staff

Supporting roll-out activities of selected technologies

Providing alignment with Finance, Supply Chain, and Production Departments (Stock Level Optimization / Sales Forecasting / Management of Receivables) in order to secure operational excellence
- University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemical or related departments

Heavy Industry customer (Mining, Cement, Steel, Oil&Gas, Power Generation) management experience and existing network is a strong advantage

Solid knowledge of industrial manufacturing and maintenance&repair processes is essential

2 - 4 years of sales experience in industrial sales (B2B)

Fluent in English both spoken and written

Good command of computer knowledge and MS Office applications
