  • Sales and target achievement:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance and make improvements.
  • New business development:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Generate leads through methods like cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Develop proposals and conduct product demonstrations to address customer needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in their territory.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Conduct market research to understand local trends, demands, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze competitor pricing, products, and sales techniques to provide feedback and recommendations to management.
  • Reporting and Administration:
  • Maintain accurate sales records and databases.
  • Create and submit regular reports on sales results, activities, and forecasts.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Effectively communicate the value of products and services to clients.
  • Collaborate with other representatives and internal teams to share best practices and achieve company goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
